Information you choose to share

When you contact Boston Iron Design, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, selected service, message, and any project photo you submit. Please send only information relevant to your inquiry. Avoid including sensitive personal information or images of other people without permission.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss estimates, coordinate appointments and projects, maintain customer records, and operate our business. Form submissions are processed through our 360 CRM workspace. Technical information such as an IP address and browser information may be processed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and record consent.

Text messaging privacy

Text messaging consent is optional and is collected separately from your estimate request. We do not infer SMS consent from submitting a phone number. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to operate the CRM, deliver requested communications, or support our services. This does not authorize them to use SMS consent or mobile numbers for their own marketing. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. Service providers and required disclosures

We may use hosting, communication, and business-software providers to support the website and handle inquiries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and lawful operation of our services. We do not sell information submitted through this website.

Photos, storage, and security

Optional project photos are transmitted through the CRM’s private upload service when online requests are enabled. We use the information to understand and manage your inquiry. Records are retained as needed for the inquiry, project, business obligations, and applicable requirements. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Website technology

This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from the website itself. If enabled for the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information for spam protection. Links to maps and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Your requests and choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change communication preferences. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from calling or emailing us about your project.
